- backend/: NestJS 11 على Docker (health + tenants + عزل tenant_id + بادئة tripz_ + Redis DB 3)
- apps/rider, apps/driver, dashboards/admin-web, dashboards/superadmin-web (هياكل)
- sync-to-server.sh + .gitignore
